Spring/Summer 2016 Atelier Swarovski Collaborated with Three Unique Designers

This year, Atelier Swarovski cooperated with three designers, and each of collection embodied the different infinite creative potential of Swarovski crystal and the artistry of each designer’s unique insight.

First, the 120 year old Austria-based crystal jewelry decided to go in a collaboration with French-based Jean Paul Gaultier, and called their babies Reverse. Gaultier created a new crystal called Kaputt that is reversible and has a fractured look, giving it a cubist feeling and where the Reverse got from. The Kaputt crystal is cut in a 24-carat gold finish burnished with a new sandblast black plating effect to create a chocolate gold color. And the reversible forms make for the most effortless, modern glamours.

The second one who is cooperating with Atelier Swarovski for the Spring/Summer 2016 is Fredrikson Stallard, a London-based avant-garde furniture design brand. This time, what these two stark famed brilliance bumped out is a multi-faceted-cut crystal weirdly being suspended inside intricate metal mesh, bold style, full of architectural elements, yet modern and elegant. A whimsical hue put the always-bling-bling signature crystal in a totally different interpretation.
